We consciously “peel off” layers of tension to ultimately rediscover a body that feels light, transparent and expanded in space.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;This form of yoga is about acceptance, opening, receiving and welcoming, not a case of pushing our physical limits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;We practice yoga postures in a slow and c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;onscious movement, while focusing on the body as an experience, as something that can be felt. The basis &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;of all movement is attention, listening and silent observation. Awareness of all kinds of different body sensations, together with &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;the use of certain visualizations, will bring us back to a harmonious body where the energy flows again wi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;thout hindrance.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;In our practice we also learn to “listen “ to the&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt; breath, feel it in different parts of the body and let it become natural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt; and spontaneous again as in our childhood.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;Since it is impossible to separate the mind from the psychosomatic body, a serious inquiry on a physical level will have strong effects on a mental level and vice versa.
